MINUTE MAN NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK - DOMESTIC WATER IMPROVEMENTS The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Minute Man National Historical Park in Concord, Massachusetts.

Work will consist of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, license, certificates, permits, personal protection equipment, professional services, and equipment as required to install a new domestic water line at Inferrera House and drill a new well at Rego House, as detailed in the Drawings, included with the solicitation documents.

Provisions and clauses - 08/26/2025 Attachment 1 - Drawings - 10/15/2025 Attachment 2 - DOL Construction Wage Rate Determination - 05/18/2026 An organized site visit has been scheduled for September 2, 2026, at 10:00 am ET.

Participants will meet at 1087 Lexington Road, Concord, MA, 01742.

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date and time for receipt of offers.

Therefore, all offers shall be received no later than 10:00 am ET on September 14, 2026.

AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to all questions received, and to extend the date and time for receipt of offers.

Therefore, all offers shall be received no later than 10:00 am ET on September 16, 2026.
