The U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Fuel Tank Removal and Replacement, Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of one existing 600 gallon fuel tank with a catch basin filled with roughly 300 gallons of fuel, a 10 gallon day tank, fuel transfer pump, and the respective fuel/supply lines, and replace with two (2) new 275 gallon insulated, double walled fuel tanks, a new 10 gallon day tank, as well as dedicated grounding systems, fuel transfer pump, vent pipes, fill whistle, crossover/manifold kit, fill caps, fuel level gauges, tie down kit, and install new fuel/supply return lines in the Colebrook River Lake gatehouse.

All work will be performed in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact and in accordance with the Statement of Work and in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.
