(SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT FOR CHANGES) *** 03 September 2026 - Amendment W9127N26BA0240002 Bonneville Lock and Dam - Navigation Lock 1 Bridge Replacement*** This amendment effects changes to block 13 of Standard Form 1442, the Solicitation Specifications, Section 00 21 13 – Instruction to Bidders, and Section 00 21 00 – Instructions.

Additionally, it extends the solicitation period and provides for an additional site visit.

The Solicitation Period is extended by 20 calendar days which changes the Solicitation Closing Date from September 18, 2026, to October 8, 2026.
