*** 03 September 2026 - Amendment W9127N26BA0240002 Bonneville Lock and Dam - Navigation Lock 1 Bridge Replacement*** This amendment effects changes to block 13 of Standard Form 1442, the Solicitation Specifications, Section 00 21 13 – Instruction to Bidders, and Section 00 21 00 – Instructions.

Additionally, it extends the solicitation period and provides for an additional site visit.

The Solicitation Period is extended by 20 calendar days which changes the Solicitation Closing Date from September 18, 2026, to October 8, 2026.

Site visit attendees must be U.S. citizens and possess a REAL ID to access the site.

US Passport Undamaged: Issued by the US Dept of State, without limitation, does not need to be current, is/was valid for 10 years for adults and 5 years for children under 16.

US Passport Card Undamaged: Issued by the US Dept of State, without limitation, does not need to be current.

US Certificate of Citizenship: Issued by US Citizenship and Immigration Service.

Consular Report of Birth Abroad: Issued by the US State Department.

US Naturalization Certificate: Issued by US Citizenship and Immigration Service.
