NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Government intends to award this 90-day bridge requirement to Tri-County Recycling, Inc., the incumbent contractor, to ensure continuity of services while the competitive follow-on acquisition is completed.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation and/or capability statement by the response deadline for Government consideration.

Period of Performance: 10/01/2026 – 12/29/2026 Responses Due: Quotations and/or capability statements shall be submitted electronically to Lakiesha.Anderson@va.gov no later than 9/14/2026 at 12:30PM EST.

Interested sources must demonstrate the ability to provide the complete requirement and commence full performance on October 1, 2026, without interruption of services.
