The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a firm pricing schedule for contracting with a bidder for janitorial services for City-owned facilities as directed by the City Representative. The work included in these specifications shall consist of furnishing all labor, transportation, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals required for janitorial services for the Parks Department "North" locations. Additional services include Day-porter service based on a flat rate that will be directed on an as needed basis. The Janitorial services described in these Technical Specifications shall be performed as a continuous and constant program throughout the Award.
