This is a Sources Sought Notice that is issued for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitmentÂ by the government, implied or otherwise to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.Â An award will not be made on information received in response to this notice.Â This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP); it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources prior to issuing any Request for Proposal.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE Scope of Work for upgrade Building 26 (Valor Tower) chillers and emergency generator This project will replace two 300-ton air-cooled chillers (600-ton capacity) with three 250-ton air-cooled chillers (750-ton capacity) This project will upgrade the existing HVAC infrastructure to support the new chiller capacity of 750 tons This project will provide temporary chiller equipment to maintain 100% of clinical services for the ICU s, Sterile Processing, and Operating Rooms while the permanent chillers are being replaced This project will replace emergency generator 26B and upgrade with appropriately sized emergency generators Must accommodate existing emergency electrical load Must accommodate additional emergency electrical load for three 250-ton air cooled chillers Must have redundancy for existing and additional emergency electrical load This project will provide tempor...
