McConnell AFB Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Solicitation FA4621-26-R-0001 The 22d Contracting Squadron (22 CONS) of the 22d Air Refueling Wing, McConnell AFB KS, hereby releases the McConnell AFB Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) solicitation.

The Government intends to award up to seven (7) firm-fixed price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts while identifying up to three (3) on-ramp vendors.

The Government shall issue task orders for individual construction projects based upon a competition amongst the successful awardees.

Task orders issued under this contract shall be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $2,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.

The total amount of this contract is not-to-exceed a monetary amount of $99,000,000.00 or a term of six-years (as extended through the exercise of options), whichever is reached first.

The seven (7) initial contract awards will contain a basic 24-month period of performance and two (2) subsequent options with 24-month periods of performance to be exercised at the Government’s discretion.

A seed project for this contract has been identified and can be found in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and attachments 9-14.

The work consists of a wide variety of construction tasks, including design and build; renovation; additions and upgrades; new construction integrating multiple construction trades and disciplines; and repair and replacement of roadways, airfield taxi-ways and runways.

Successful awardees shall be capable of providing a full project design from concept or a performance-oriented statement of work.

The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation and ancillary items necessary to complete each project from conception to completion.
