Department of Energy (DOE), solicits your quote for the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription renewal, including associated support and any optional modules, as outlined in the attached RFQ Document and DRAFT Purchase Order (Enclosure A).

This action is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.

To be eligible for award, an Offeror must qualify as a small business under the NAICS code and size standard identified in the RFQ and meet the applicable requirements for representation as an SDVOSB.

QUOTE PACKAGE SHALL INCLUDE THE BELOW: Price Quote: The Offeror shall complete, sign, and return Enclosure C, Quotation Pricing Sheet.

All pricing shall be quoted in U.S.

Dollars, be all-inclusive, and remain valid for sixty (60) days.

The Offeror shall provide information demonstrating that it meets all Technical Qualifiers identified in Section 3.1 of the RFQ.

Other Submittals: Offerors shall provide their SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) and ensure their Representations and Certifications and size status are current and accurate in SAM.gov.
