General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: KS City: Topeka Delineated Area: City Limits of Topeka Minimum Sq.
Ft. (ABOA): 5,239 Maximum Sq.
Ft. (ABOA): 5,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Total surface spaces with 10 being reserved, secured with fencing Full Term: 180 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: One 5-yr option Additional Requirements: Contiguous on one floor Accessible 24/7/365 Floor load able to accommodate high density file system Maneuverability of trucks/trailers within parking area Cannot be located within a High Crime area as determined by local law enforcement Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
A fully serviced lease is required.
Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
