This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number: 1240BE26Q0091 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Project: USFS, Southern Research Station, North Building HVAC Repair This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 The small business size standard is $19 million in average annual receipts.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Award Type: It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation.

The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation.

Therefore, to be considered responsive, contractors must submit pricing for all items.

Statement of Requirement: The North Building (16-0001-ATH) is a 27,934 square-foot building, constructed in 1968.

The building is a two-story concrete and brick structure and is primarily used as office space, with some supporting research laboratory and storage space.

The building will be occupied during the execution of this work.

An inspection of the HVAC system identified multiple system components that require replacement.

The majority of these components are actuators and fan motors on room fan coil units (FCU).

The remaining items are issues related to air handling units (AHU) and components.

No potentially hazardous materials are expected to be encountered during the execution of this project.
