SOURCES SOUGHT- MARKET RESEARCH ONLY Title: Repair Building 5546 Crisis Action Center Location: Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana Scope: Construct a 9,000 square foot facility conversion into a secure space.
This renovation of the Crisis Action Center will utilize a double-height space that is currently open to the third floor.
It will consist of workstations that must contain 5 distinct networks.
This facility must seamlessly support heavy audiovisual and office equipment loads, including Secure Video Teleconference (SVTC) Systems.
Finally, all facility alarms and HVAC modifications must be engineered to fully integrate with and adhere to the existing Barksdale AFB standards and requirements.
Target Price Range (TPR): Target Price Range (TPR): Target Price Range (TPR): The Government has established a Target Price Range (TPR) for construction between $13,555,317.59 (the estimated Construction Budget) and $14,238,842.00 (the strict CCL / CWE limit), within a total Programmed Amount (PA) of $15,000,000.00.
