** 10 September 2026** RFP HT941026R2001 Amendment 0005 This amendment is issued to notify interested parties of the following updates to the solicitation and its associated attachments: • Solicitation Updates: Clarified instructions for submittal of previously completed past performance questionnaires either directly to listed Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer or included with the proposal submission.
Clarified language regarding transition plan instructions to “execute a timely and effective phase-in period within 90 days of the contract start date in order to meet PWS requirements by the full-performance base period of performance start date.” • Attachment 1 (Performance Work Statement): Para.
1.6.5.1. has been revised to remove the Exhibit A- Physical Security Audit Matrix as it is no longer required.
