The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Request for Quotation (RFQ) HT90626QE086 is to extend the quote due date from 4 September 2026 to 18 September 2026.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) HT940626QE086 is a sole source for the delivery, installation, and maintenance for an additional twenty-one (21) access control doors in support of the 45th Medical Group (MDG), Patrick, Space Force Base (SFB), FL.

Notice of Intent The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR part 12.102(a).

For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization).

The proposed source is Securitas Technology Corporation, 3800 Tabs Drive, Uniontown, OH 44685-9564.

This acquisition is for the procurement of an additional twenty-one (21) access control doors, to include all-inclusive labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the installation and integration of the 21 access control doors with the existing Securitas server and Lenel software infrastructure and hardware utilized by the 45th Medical Group (MDG), Patrick, Space Force Base (SFB), FL.

It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions.
