AMENDMENT 00002 10 SEP 2026 PWS has been update to remove mandatory pre-award site visit.
AMENDMENT 00001 07 SEP 2026 All EAL request for the site visit must be submitted to the CO and CS listed in the contract information.
55 CONS will require the following information for each person wishing to attend the site vist: Legal Name of Guest: (Last, First, MI) Sex: Male (M) Female (F) DOB: (YYYYMMDD) Driver’s License# & State or FNV Passport# or Immigration ID#: Citizenship (Country): Replacement and removal of an un-level multi-surface flooring in the TACFIT area of the Offutt AFB Fieldhouse.
SITE VISIT A site visit will take place on Monday, 14 September at 1300 CST.
An EAL form will need to be requested from the POCs listed on this solicitation.
Contractors interested in attending the site visit will need to complete the EAL form and return it to the POCs listed on this solicitation by COB 7 September 2026.
Base access is not guaranteed.
QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing via email to the Contracting Office by 16 September 2026 at 1100 CST.
Answers to all questions will be posted via amendment to www.sam.gov as soon as readily available.
OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME All offers must be submitted to the Contracting Office by 1100 CST 21 September 2026
