This requirement is for diagnostic work and repair services for a Trane Chiller located at Bldg 3820, JBSA Fort Sam Houston as described in the attached Draft Statement of Work.

If your company is interested and capable of fulfilling the requirement, please complete the attached SF 1449 Soliciation with the applicable information, as well as the required information located on Page 3 and Pages 20-22, and send to the POC listed in this notice. *Work will be performed by a contractor acting as/or in coordination with qualified Trane Service Technicians, ensuring that the system is restored to 100% operational capability in accordance with manufacturer standards.* Questions are due by Tues, Sept 15th at 1400 CDT.

Quotes are due by Fri, Sept 18th at 1230 CDT.
