Option item work includes removal and replacement of existing condenser compressors in North Bend Ranger Station (BLDG 2031).

Work includes removal and disposal of (2) compressors and installation of (2) new compressors.

Annual maintenance service for the entire system and including filter replacement and coil cleaning.
