THIS IS A PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE: The Network 10 Contracting Office, 8888 Keystone Crossing Suite 325 Indianapolis IN 46240, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price, purchase order for Building Washing at the Chalmers P.
