This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201, as supplemented with additional information in the notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov.

The 90 th Contracting Squadron is issuing the combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q0022, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using RFO Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on Monday, 14 Sep 2026 at 1000 MDT at the located at Gate 1, Gate 2, and Gate 3, F.
