The purpose of this amendment is to revise the following: SOW – Add Site Map to show bldgs.
And Square footage.
Revise section 1.0 General, Site visit paragraph.
Revise Section 3.0- correct Volume 2 Experience to Volume 3 Experience Bring the vendors attention to Section 3.1 Technical Contents – Volume 1: Supplies and Products – Confirmation that the quoter will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required.
The quoter shall also confirm that the product ingredients lists and Safety Data Sheets will be provided before product use.
Revise Section 3.3 Experience Add Insurance requirement clause CAR 1352.228-70 and FAR 52.228-5 Add Answers to Questions submitted.
