Ft. (ABOA): 24,050 Maximum Sq.

Ft. (ABOA): 26,455 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total/Surface/Reserved): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Full Term: 240 Months Firm Term: 180 Months Additional Requirements: Space offered must allow access to a private bus for drop off and pick up.

Access point shall be within direct line of site and 50 feet of the principal functional entrance of the building.

Restaurants must be located within a walkable 2,640 feet from the principal functional entrance of the building, as determined by the LCO.

Stops for one or more public bus or streetcar lines usable by tenant occupants and their customers must be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a safely accessible, walkable 2,640 feet from the principal functional entrance of the Building, as determined by the LCO.

Site should not exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 85 dB(A) and for impulse noise of 140 dB(A).
