Description of Requirement: The U.S.

Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) intends to award a single-award Definitive Contract to Threat Tec LLC to provide precise and effective special reconnaissance operations that are fully coordinated and synchronized among all components of USSOCOM and key interagency organizations.

The ATC program requires contracted support for exercise design, development, and management, scenario constructions, and tailored training support.

The contractor shall provide formal training to individual Critical Skills Operators (CSO) in Advanced SR skills to provide qualified CSO’s to the Marine Special Operations Companies (MSOCs).

The unit specifically charged with this responsibility is the MRTC.

Due to the small size of the MRTC staff, contractor assistance is required to support the Special Reconnaissance, Instructor Sustainment Courses, and other Advanced SR Courses.

The resultant contract will have a one-year basis for a total estimated price of $2,994,950.40.

Authority: This action is being conducted on a sole-source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C.

3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR Overhaul 6.103-1 for the acquisition of noncommercial services using Negotiated Contracting Procedures under RFO Part 15.
