Notice ID: 140L1226Q0048 This is a Sole Source Notice posted in accordance with RFO 5.201(b)(1)(i).
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to enter into a sole source lease agreement with Interconnect Towers, LLC for continued use of the Dumont Hill communications site.
The requirement covers land use and associated site infrastructure essential to maintaining radio coverage, employee safety, and continuity of operations supporting BLM field personnel.
The Dumont Hill site is a unique, geographically strategic location with existing infrastructure that cannot be replicated elsewhere without significant cost and operational disruption.
This lease is necessary to ensure uninterrupted communications capabilities required for public safety and mission-critical activities.
This acquisition will be conducted under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul commercial procedures at RFO 12.102.
This action is justified under RFO 6.103-1(b), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
