Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0111 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for NRS St Paul Custodial Services.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 The small business size standard is $22 mil.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Statement of Requirement The St.

Paul Field Office and Annex are federally owned facilities administered by the Northern Research Station (NRS) of the U.S.

Forest Service.

The Field Office is located at 1992 Folwell Ave, Falcon Heights, MN 55108.

The Annex is located at 1561 Lindig St, St.

Paul, MN 55108.

The field office consists of two wings joined at each floor, except the ground floor, by a connecting corridor.

The north wing consists of five floors with approximately 26,900 square feet of floor area.

The south wing of the building has three floors with approximately 19,800 square feet of floor area.

The annex is a single-story building with approximately 12,300 square feet of floor area and is attached to two 1700 square feet green houses.

Floor plans and additional information concerning both buildings can be found in the attachments.

This requirement is a performance-based service requirement.

The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals (except Government furnished property) necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed for the St.
