The U.S.

Marshals Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award under the authority of RFO Part 6 to Rank One Computing Corporation, 1290 N Broadway, Ste 1200, Denver, CO 80203 for Biometric Identification Software Development Kit (SDK) Licenses.

The period of performance covers one (1) base period plus four (4) options periods.

This requirement will be solicited in accordance with the authority of RFO Part 6.103-1(b).

The approved sole source justification is attached to this notice.

The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.

This Notice of Intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals.

No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice.

However, any information received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
