Project Title: Nemo Domestic Well Northern Hills Ranger District, Black Hills NF, South Dakota Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0175 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Drilling and developing a new domestic water well and construction of a water distribution line.
The Forest is required to provide domestic potable water at this location under the Record of Decision for the CERCLA action related to Ethylene Dibromide impact on the groundwater in this area.
Project Location: 12782 Nemo Road, Nemo, Lawrence County, South Dakota 57759 This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction The small business size standard is $45M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
FAR 52.228-1 Bid Bond/Offer Guarantee: A bid bond/offer guarantee shall be submitted at time of offer on a Standard Form 24 (SF24), Failure to provide the bid bond will render the offer non-responsive, resulting in its rejection.
