The work to be performed involves renovations and conversions to rooms 110, 111, and 112 of building 2711 in NPTU.

Contractor shall furnish all tools, qualified labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to renovate these spaces.

All work shall be accomplished in accordance with all Federal, State, Local Regulations and the guidelines: 1.

International Plumbing Code 4.

National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) 5.

National Fire Code (NFPA 1) 6.

Base Architectural Compatibility Guide 7.

Unified Federal Criteria (UFC) 8.

Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract IAW the procedures at RFO 12.201-1 and RFO Part 36 respectively.

A mandatory site visit will be held within an estimated three calendar days from the issuance of the solicitation.

A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached for review.

The anticipated date of award is no later than 30 September 2026.
