Pricing Schedule_v2, and post responses to the Request for Information (RFI)* *Quotations and related documents are due no later than 02:00 PM (PDT) 21 September 2026.* *The purpose of this amendment is to update the verbiage in Combo RFQ Section III regarding Attachment 10 - Technical Questionnaire.

The changes are highlighted in yellow* *Any questions related to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing no later than 02:00 PM (PDT) 21 August 2026.* The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain services from an experienced Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) collections and recycling collections at several designated Government sites within the boundaries of Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB), CA (excluding the Military Family Housing which is privatized).

Services are to be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as well as applicable federal, state and local regulations, commercial industry standards, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Americans with Disabilities Act (28 CFR, Part 35, Subpart A) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
