This solicitation is being issued as a small business set aside.

Offerors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1.
All offers must also have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be able to submit invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered.
The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror.
No third party vendors (foreign or domestic) are accepted with NMRC unless otherwise stated.
Items are listed as follows: Onsite hardware support after problem diagnosis, including next-business-day and/or 24 hour hardware support where applicable to the covered equipment.
Keep Your Hard Drive or equivalent data-retention support for covered storage devices where applicable, to preserve Government control of failed storage media that may contain sensitive scientific data.
Support coverage sufficient to maintain storage availability for mission-critical sequencing, bioinformatics, and infectious disease surveillance operations.
Maintenance coverage for the required period of performance from October 2026 through October 2027 for the covered laptops.
