A transition period of 1 – 30 November 2026, base period of 1 December 2026 – 30 September 2027, and two (2) twelve-month option periods through 30 September 2029 are contemplated.
The contract will be firm-fixed-price, with a set monthly price established per MTF.
The Randolph Sheppard Act (RSA) applies to this requirement; therefore, priority will be given to any responsive State Licensing Agency (SLA) pursuant to the RSA.
