The U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Detroit District is seeking contractor with the capability to provide construction services for Maintenance Dredging for South Haven Harbor and New Buffalo Harbor.

The project includes mobilize to dredge of both New Buffalo Harbor, located in Berrien County, Michigan and South Haven Habor, located in Van Buren County, Michigan.

De-mobilize when dredging is completed.

The Government intends to solicit this opportunity as an Invitation for Bid (IFB).

The IFB is intended to be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, and the Government intends to award to the lowest priced bid that is determined to be responsible.
