The City is seeking qualified consulting firm(s) to perform services on the application review, permitting, inspection, and overall project and construction management aspects of telecommunication facilities installation within the public right of way on an as-needed basis. The services performed shall be in conformance with Pasadena Municipal Code (PMC) Chapter 12.22, Telecommunications Facilities. The scope of work may include but is not limited to the permit applications and construction drawings review; coordination and processing through permit issuance; and related inspection and construction management for telecommunication facilities installation. All work shall be in accordance with PMC Chapter 12.22 and all applicable City and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) standards. Under supervision by City Staff, the consultant(s) shall take the lead role in all project management from permit applications submittal through completion of construction. All work shall comply with time regulations as governed by FCC shot clocks. The City does not guarantee any minimum amount of work, number of assignments, or hours under this on-call agreement, and services will be requested solely at the City’s discretion as needs arise.
