The Baltimore District, U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3500 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of The Commons, 201 Retail Commons Parkway, Martinsburg, WV 25403.

The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately eight (8) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.

Must use Government Lease.
