Mandatory Source Compliance: It has been found that In accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 25-1 (Army Information Technology) and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS) 5139.101-90, the Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program is the mandatory source of supply for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT hardware and software.
Accordingly, this solicitation is being issued exclusively through the CHESS ITES-4H multiple-award contract vehicle.
Contingency Clause (No Quotes Received): In the event that no technically acceptable quotes are received from the CHESS ITES-4H contract holders, the Government will request a CHESS Statement of Non-Availability (SoNA).
Upon receipt and approval of the SoNA and associated G-6 ITAS waiver, this solicitation will be canceled on the CHESS portal and re-posted for a small business set aside on SAM.gov This is a pre-Solicitation.
No quotes are required at this time.
A formal solicitation will be issued in the near future.
We expect changes to this Pre-solicitation as documents and requirements are updated.
Project Requirement The Indiana National Guard at the MTC-ATT facility, Camp Atterbury, requires the design, purchase, and installation of a comprehensive CCTV system to monitor the exterior of buildings 733, 734, and 735, including the adjacent parking lot area.
An existing Access Control system (Galaxy Controls) and associated network infrastructure are already in place across these buildings.
