Proposed properties located entirely within the boundaries of the Delineated Area depicted in Exhibit A (Delineated Area Map) are fully eligible.
Additionally, properties located outside the boundary lines but within a 0.5-mile driving distance of the major roadways identified as the boundary lines will also be considered eligible.
All eligible properties must adhere to all local, state, and federal codes, regulations, and standards, including the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
This procurement will result in a direct Government lease with terms and conditions to be determined.
Part 2: Synopsis and Authority The United States Coast Guard (USCG), a component of the Department of Homeland Security, requires office and special-purpose facility space to support the mission in Louisville, KY.
The Government intends to award a Direct Lease to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the government.
