Peters VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10468, has a requirement for construction services.

Project Number 526-21-105 Replace Fire Alarm System.

The layout is a campus with 14 buildings located on approximately 30 acres and over 1 million square feet of floor space.

The existing fire alarm system is original to the new building construction circa 1980.

The intent of this project is to install a new parallel fire alarm system in accordance with current NFPA and VA requirements and then once the new system is accepted remove the existing system and repair all walls, ceilings and equipment, etc. as necessary.

Provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform the following: Install a new fire alarm system parallel to the existing system.
