Solicitation/PIN: 521165
NYCHA, by issuing this RFP 521165, seeks proposals ('Proposals') from qualified firms and nonprofit organizations firms (the 'Proposers') to provide NYCHA with Risk Management Consulting Services, as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the 'Services'). NYCHA intends to enter into up to one (1) agreement(s) (the 'Agreement(s)') with the selected Proposer(s) (the 'Selected Proposer(s)' or the 'Consultant(s)') to provide the Services. A non-mandatory Proposers' conference ('Proposers' Conference') will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams on August 19th, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Proposers' Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Proposers attend, and that Proposers thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting. To participate in the Pre-Bid Conference, please follow the instructions below: Option 1: Copy and paste the below into your browser. https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/243345058204708?p=oYb8H2QlLivEYtiosn Meeting ID: 243 345 058 204 708 Passcode: vz6vS3LC Option 2: call in (audio only) +1 646-838-1534,,202026880# Phone Conference ID: 202 026 880# Option 3: Access the document 'TEAMS Meeting Link RFP 521165' and click on the embedded link to join. Official solicitation and documents
The full solicitation, any attachments, and the actual submission instructions live on the official listing, not on this page. Oppward summarizes public record data; it does not host or mirror the source documents.
Oppward is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAM.gov or any government agency. This page is a plain-English summary of public record data; the linked source above is the authoritative listing.
How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
